You can expect a fresh, moist cake.  I'm always anxious to try a new flavor, so ask for what you like if you don't already see it on the list.


Mocha-A delicious chocolate cake infused with coffee.  Pair with chocolate frosting to tone down the coffee flavor, or bring it out with a chocolate mocha frosting.

Lemon Poppy Seed- A very flavorful treat, it will make you pucker up and ask for more!  Pair with a zesty lemon frosting.

Triple Chocolate Fudge- All the favorites of a chocolate lover: chocolate pudding, chocolate chips, cocoa, and chocolate milk.  Number 1 of chocolate fans.

Chocolate Sour Cream- A moist light tradition with chocolate chunks in the batter.

Traditional White Wedding- A smooth light white cake; pair with a pure white frosting or a soft shaded butter cream.  A variety of fillings work great.

White Chocolate Raspberry- Moist white cake with a hint of white chocolate and raspberry.  Fill with a raspberry butter cream or raspberry pastry filling.

Tiramisu Toffee Torte- White cake with flavors of coffee and toffee intermingled.

Chocolate Almond- A delicious thick batter of Amaretto, slivered almonds, and topped with ganache.  Wonderful paired with raspberry pastry or chocolate frosting.

Thin Mint- Chocolate cake blended with crushed mint cookies and Crème De Menthe Liqueur.  Pair with a mint butter cream frosting or a smooth chocolate ganache.

Carrot- A moist favorite with raisins, coconut, and nuts (optional).  Believe it or not, it's wonderful with chocolate ganache blanketed over butter cream frosting.

Red Velvet-  From the south, with a hint of chocolate.

Yellow Sour Cream- Moist and sure to bring happiness.  Pair with a chocolate or vanilla butter cream.

Strawberry- Light pink re-freshness.  Consider filling with a strawberry mousse or strawberry pastry filling.

Pink Champagne- A pink delicate taste.  The champagne frosting is delicious too!

Pumpkin- A wonderful subtle fall flavor.  Top with cinnamon butter cream.  Oh so comforting!

Chocolate Hazelnut- Wonderful flavor.  Add some chopped nuts to the filling or perhaps a Heath bar.

Coconut- Yummy summer cake with flaked coconut and real butter.  Pair with mango curd, pineapple filling, or coconut butter cream.


I offer cupcakes in all the cake flavors listed above.  In addition, I offer:

Peanut Butter Cup- Peanut butter cake, filled and topped with chocolate butter cream, with a peanut butter cup slice to garnish.

Root Beer/Coke Float- Root Beer OR Coke flavored cake filled with a cream frosting, topped with butter cream, root beer or chocolate drizzle, and a maraschino cherry.  Cute with a straw tucked in.

Snickers Bar- Peanuts, caramel, and pieces of a snickers bar wrapped up in chocolate based cake. Can top with a snickers bar chunk.

Coconut-Lime- A coconut flavored cupcake with a hint of lime.  Bring out the lime with a lime butter cream frosting.  Summertime favorite.

Oreo Hostess- This cupcake has a deep chocolate taste with a surprise on the Oreo cookie baked right in the batter!

Pineapple Crush- Summertime sweetness.  Pineapple chunks grace the inside of the cupcake.  The top declares "fun" with pineapple slices or a maraschino cherry. 


All frosting is homemade.  All wedding and birthday cake frosting are made with a baker's grade of shortening called "High Ratio" shortening.  This makes a huge difference in taste and smoothness.  The butter creams can be flavored with such things as almond, jams, fresh fruit, Amaretto, Creme De Menth, etc.  Any type of frosting will be placed under fondant as well.


Fillings go between two layers of cake and can be different than the frosting placed on the outside of the cake.  Here are a few ideas to get you started. Mix any filling with the cake of your choice for a uniquely you flavor!

Most people do not care for the taste of store bought fondant.  I use a tastier, homemade marshmallow fondant to cover the cake.  Give it a try, you might be surprised!  There are many more design options to decorate your cake if you choose to incorporate fondant.
